Green color Kabardian plain
The Kabardian Plain ( Kabardian-Cherk. Keb茅rdey sch訌yzahue ) is a plain in the north-eastern part of Kabardino-Balkaria , located in the Ciscaucasia , in the basin of the Terek River south of the lower Malka .
The plain is inclined from the foot of the mountains of the Greater Caucasus to the northeast (the absolute height decreases in this direction from 500 to 200 m). It is composed of pebbles overlapped by loesslike loams. On the plain, chernozem and meadow chernozem soils prevail, on which grain , industrial , melon and other crops are grown).
