Koltsovskiy Village Council ( Ukrainian: Koltsovska Sіlska Rada , Crimean-Tat. Tegeş köy şurası ) is an administrative-territorial unit nominally located in the Saki region of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea of Ukraine .

The population according to the 2001 census is about 1.6 thousand people [4] . The area of the village council is about 70 km² [5]
By 2014, it consisted of 3 villages:
- Koltsovo
- Niva
- Fire
Since 2014, the Koltsovo rural settlement has been located on the site of the village council.
