Geography
The village of Chibiy is located north of the Pshaf ridge, between the rivers Bolshoi Chibiy and Ilin (Ilych) , surrounded by forests. The village is one of the points of tourist routes in the Krasnodar Territory [2] [3] .
Chibiy village is located 14 km from the federal highway " Don " ( gravel road), 7 km from the village of Kaluga . The village is connected by bus with Krasnodar and other settlements.

The permanent population of the village is 70 people (2007). There are also seasonal residents.
Attractions
- A monument to the fighters who defended the Caucasus during the Great Patriotic War was erected near the village.
- At 4 km from the village, near the source of the Bolshoi Chibiy River, there is the Volchye Vorota Gorge.
