Location
The village of Sitnikovo is located about 13 km northeast of the center of Volokolamsk . The nearest settlements are the villages of Vorsino and Cheblokovo .
Historical Information
In the “List of Populated Places” of 1862, Sitnikovo is a state village of the 2nd camp of the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow province on the left side of the Moscow postal highway (from Volokolamsk), 12 miles from the county town, at a well, with 22 yards and 154 residents (75 men , 79 women) [5] .
According to the data for 1890, it was part of the Anninsky volost of Volokolamsk district, the number of male souls was 76 people [9] .
In 1913 - 37 yards and 2 tea shops [10] .
According to the materials of the 1926 All-Union Population Census, the center of the Sitnikovsky village council of the Anninsky volost, 367 inhabitants (164 men, 203 women) lived, there were 69 peasant farms [6] .
Since 1929 - a settlement within the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow region.
