Hurshenson, Bruce

Stanley Bruce Hershenson is an American political commentator and senior lecturer at Pepperdine University of Public Policy in Malibu , California . Prior to that, he worked as a teacher at the Clermont Institute and at the Harvard Institute of Politics at the Harvard School of Public Administration. John F. Kennedy in Cambridge , Massachusetts . He also taught political lessons at the University of Maryland and Whittier College. [1]

Hershenson quickly became famous, becoming a consultant to the National Congress of the Republican Party in 1972. He mainly worked as a speechwriter [2] . After working for Nixon and his resignation, he worked for Reagan.

In 1974, Richard Nixon, through Hershenson, who was his special assistant, went to Moon Song Myung to meet with him about the ongoing Pro-Nixon action, organized by Moon, at the White House during the Senate's consideration of the need for his impeachment [3] [4] . Hocherson, who had several cases during the Nixon administration with Moon Song Myung [5] [6], later praised Moon Song Myung’s campaign in defense of Nixon during the Watergate scandal [7]

1986 US Senate Preliminaries

In 1986, Hershenson unsuccessfully put forward his candidacy from the Republican Party, which elected the nominee Alan Cranston. But he successfully advanced in the cities of Central Walley and Orange County in California [8] , but became the second, losing Ed Shaw from Silicon Valley, who won a pluralistic vote.

1992 US Senate Preliminaries

In 1992, when Cranston resigned, Hershenston nominated the Republican Party as a candidate for the Senate, by a small margin by voting with Tom Campbell, a member of the US House of Representatives and a professor at Stanford University .
