Musaev, Alaudi Nazhmudinovich

Musaev Alaudi Nazhmudinovich ( December 2, 1957 ) - member of the Union of Writers of Russia , member of the Presidium of the Moscow city organization of the Union of Writers of Russia, member of the International Literary Fund, police colonel, doctor of legal sciences, professor, lawyer. Honored Scientist of the Chechen Republic (1996). Honored Lawyer of the Chechen Republic (2002), professor of the department of operational-search activity of Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (2005). Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure (since 2004). Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation , the first member of the International Police Association in the Soviet Union (since 1992). Published over 70 scientific papers. He prepared seven candidates of law.

Biography

Born on December 2, 1957 at the Ili state farm of the Ili district of the Alma-Ata region of the Kazakh SSR . Chechen by nationality. Murad Musaev’s son is a well-known lawyer.

In 1989 he graduated from the Rostov Department of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR.

In 1994, he graduated from the faculty of leading personnel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. From October 1995 to August 1999, he was an adjunct of the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

December 9, 1999 he defended his thesis on "The legal basis, organization and tactics of the operational development of organized groups involved in drug trafficking."

In 2003, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the St. Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the topic "Mechanism to Combat Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs."

Since 1976, he served in the internal affairs bodies of the USSR, served as a policeman, inspector of the criminal investigation department, security officer, senior security officer, head of the ESD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen-Ingush ASSR, deputy head of the SCM — head of the ORB of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic, head of the Office for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic, the first Deputy Minister of Security of the Chechen Republic.

From August 1999 to July 2000, he was a senior lecturer at the Department of Operational Investigation Activities of the Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. From July 2000 to May 2002 - Associate Professor of the department.

From May 2002 to October 2003 he was seconded to the apparatus of the State Duma of the Russian Federation .

Since October 2003 - professor at the Department of Operational Investigation Activities of Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

In 2007, he published the action-packed novel The Wolf Pit about the counteraction of the organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the drug mafia on the territory of Chechnya.

In the same 2007, he gained fame after writing and publishing a biography of the military, religious and political leader of the Caucasian highlanders Sheikh Mansur , who fought against the Russian Empire at the end of the 18th century. The biography was published in the popular book series "The Life of Wonderful People " and is sustained in enthusiastic tones towards its hero. Two years later, the publishing house “ Young Guard ” reprinted this book in the Chechen language .

And in 2011, the authorship of Alaudi Musaev published a biography of another famous Chechen - dancer Mahmud Esambaev .

In addition, Alaudi wrote two plays, “Reckoning,” in Russian and “Beckham,” in Chechen.

He was awarded the medal "For Distinction in Service" of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree and a medal for services to the Chechen Republic.
