Pioneer is a former Irkutsk television company founded in 2003 and existing until the sale of Regional Media Group in 2005 .

History
The television company began work on November 25, 2003 in Irkutsk , Angarsk and Shelekhov on the 35th decimeter channel. The network partner was the Rambler television channel, which had a cognitive focus, so the Pioneer programs were documentary in nature. In 2004 , MTV began to take up some of the air, and the number of its own programs was reduced. In 2005, the broadcast of the TV3 channel began. In the same year, Pioneer was bought by the Regional Media Group and subsequently the entire broadcast was broadcast on TV3 . Some Pioneer programs continued to be released on the AIST television channel.
