Bianca: The path to happiness ( German: Bianca - Wege zum Glück ) is the first German telenovela . The series aired on the central channel ZDF from November 1, 2004 to October 5, 2005. In addition to Germany, the series was also broadcast in Austria and Italy .

Series Production
The peculiarity of Bianca is that the series became the first German telenovela and the first German daily series lasting 45 minutes. All the daily soap operas coming out before this lasted 25 minutes. The shooting took place 12 hours a day, for one week 5 episodes were produced.
It was originally planned to shoot 200 episodes. However, on March 18, 2005 a decision was made in connection with the positive ratings of the series to extend it for another 24 series. The last shooting day took place on July 16, 2005, the final episode of the series aired on October 5, 2005.
Due to the success of Bianca, it was also decided to take off a spin-off called Julia: The Path to Happiness . In addition, adaptations of the series were filmed in different countries, including in the USA and Russia . The Russian adaptation of Bianchi was released in 2008-2009 on Channel One under the name Fire of Love . [one]
Story
The main character of the telenovela is 28-year-old Bianca Berger. On a false accusation of arson, Bianca spent many years in prison. After leaving prison, Bianca settled with her cousin Katie Neubauer. Soon, Bianca settles in as a housekeeper on the estate of the Wellinghoff family and falls in love with Oliver, the son of her masters. Oliver also has feelings for Bianca, however, due to a sense of duty, he marries his pregnant girlfriend Judit ...
