1994 World Cup

The 1994 FIFA World Cup was held in the United States from June 17 to July 17 and became the 15th World Cup among national teams. The victory was won by the Brazilian national team. The second place was taken by the Italian team. The third was the sensational team of Sweden, which showed its best result since 1958. The fourth place, also sensationally, was taken by Bulgaria, which in the quarter finals knocked out the world champion, who was at that time, the German national team. It was also the last world Cup with 24 teams.
