Biography
In 1662 - 1675, he was a steward , then a duma nobleman , and from 1683 a servant . During his stay as governor in Vyatka (1675-1680), from 1678 to 1679, Rzhevsky was supposed to:
- To collect and send money to Verkhoturye to buy bread for military men
