Ardatov Lighting Plant

The plant was established by a decision of the USSR Council of Ministers on April 6, 1949 on the site of a former mill located in the village of Turgenevo, Ardatovsky district of the Republic of Mordovia , which used to be the village of Turgenevo, Ardatovsky district, Simbirsk province .

In accordance with the order of the Ministry of the Electrotechnical Industry of the USSR No. E-205 dated August 1, 1949, the Ardatovsky Lighting Plant was given the name “State Union Lighting Plant of the Ministry of Electrical Industry”.

In 1960, the plant was approved by the country's leading enterprise for the production of general-purpose lighting fixtures. On November 12, 1992, registration of AOOT Lisma-ASTZ (later renamed to ASTZ OJSC ) was made.

In 2012, a complex for the production of mirror raster fixtures was launched ^[1] .

The market share of technical light is about 5% ^[2] .

The company's products account for 90% of the industrial output of the Ardatovsky district . Sales in 2012 amounted to 996 million rubles ^[3] .

The company specializes in the production of the following products:

• lighting devices for industrial premises with fluorescent lamps , high-pressure discharge lamps , incandescent lamps for industrial premises of various industries for use in rooms with normal and aggressive environmental conditions;
• lighting devices for administrative and public premises with fluorescent lamps of type T5, T8, CFL ;
• lighting devices for outdoor lighting with energy-saving lamps ;
• bactericidal and erythemal irradiators for agricultural, public and administrative premises;
• control gears for fluorescent lamps.
