Ukhunku [2] [3] is a river in Eastern Siberia , a tributary of the Lena River. The length of the river is 148 km [4] . The catchment area is 2390 km² [4] .

It begins in the thermokarst region on the right bank of Begidyan [5] . It flows westward in open areas. It flows into the Lena River on the right at a distance of 703 km from its mouth [4] between the islands of Allah and Kurung [2] . The width of the river in the lower reaches is 101 meters, the depth is 1 meter [2] .
Nutrition of the river occurs mainly due to the melting of snow and summer rains. It freezes in October, opens in May. Summer rain floods are characteristic. There are fish species in the river: perch , ruff , gudgeon , burbot , etc.
