Chyunwan

Tsyun-Wan district was formed in 1982, but in 1985 a new district, Khuaychhin , was formed on the territory of the lands separated from it.

In 2006, 289 thousand people lived in the district.

Religion

The Tin Hau Temple, Crown Thorns Church and Ma-Wan Church are located in the district.

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is located on Lantau Island, which includes the Disneyland Amusement Park [1] , Disneyland and Disney Hollywood hotels, a shopping center and restaurants, as well as the CLP Group Penny Bay Thermal Power Plant.

The district houses the headquarters of the shoe corporation Belle International , the real estate operator Chinachem Group , the Internet provider and cable TV operator i-CABLE Communications , the film company Sundream , the manufacturer of models and toys Dragon Models, Industrial Park Chai Van Kok, bakery factory Garden Company, Panda Hotel. Fishing and shrimp paste production have been preserved on the coast.

The largest shopping centers in the district are Discovery Park, Citywalk, Tsyun-Van Plaza, Panda Place, Nina Tower, Belvedere Garden, Tsyun-Van Center, Tsyun Van City Landmark, Bellagio Mall, Concord Square, Luk Yeung Gallery, Skyline Plaza, Nan Fung, Chaung Shan, Rain Garden. There are also many shops located on the Chung On Street shopping street, and the Sham Zeng market is popular among residents.

• The “Ma Van” viaduct crosses the island of the same name and connects the bridges “Tsing Ma” and “Cap Shui Moon”

• MTR Airport Express and Tung Chung pass through the northern part of Lantau and the island of Ma Van.
