Laboda ( Osset. Luboda ) is one of the peaks of North Ossetia (4313 [1] or 4320 [2] m.), Located between the Shtula pass (in the west) and the Karaugomsky glacier (in the east). One of the peaks of the main ridge [3] of the Greater Caucasus , near the source of the Rioni River [3] . The mountain is composed of crystalline rocks, its slopes are corroded by punctures , cut by deep cracks and avalanche gutters. [4] On Mount Laboda, the Masota Glacier is located , from where the Uruh River originates. [four]

In 1962, the group of Rustem Abduramanov climbed the city of Laboda [5] .
