Geography
The village of Morozovo is located about 23 km northeast of the city of Volokolamsk . The nearest settlements are the villages of Baturovo , Shanino and Nefedovo .

History
In the “List of Populated Places” of 1862, Morozovka is a state village of the 1st camp of the Klinsky district of Moscow province on the left side of the Volokolamsk tract, 34 miles from the county town, with wells, with 9 yards and 66 inhabitants (31 men, 35 women) [ 5] .
According to the data for 1890, it was part of the Kaleevsky volost of the Klinsky district, the number of souls was 91 people [6] .
In 1913 - 13 yards, a zemstvo school, a paper and weaving mill, a tannery and a fire brigade [11] .
In 1917, the Kaleyevsky volost was transferred to Volokolamsk district [12] .
According to the materials of the 1926 All-Union population census , the village of the Nefyodovsky village council of the Kaleyevsky volost of the Volokolamsk district, 59 residents lived (31 men, 28 women), there were 19 farms, there was a school [8] .
Since 1929 - a settlement within the Volokolamsk district of the Moscow region.
