It is part of the Nikiforov rural settlement (from January 1, 2006 to April 9, 2009 it was part of the Podolsky rural settlement) [1] [2] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division , it was part of the Podolsky village council.
The distance to the regional center of Ustyuzhna by road is 19 km, to the center of the municipality of the village of Danilovskoye in a straight line - 6 km. The nearest settlements are Alekseevo , Demtsino , Remennikovo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 60 people (30 men, 30 women). The predominant nationality is Russians (93%) [3] .
