It is part of the Nikiforov rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - the Nikiforov village council.
The distance to the regional center of Ustyuzhna by road is 20 km, to the center of the municipality of the village of Danilovskoye in a straight line - 7 km. The nearest settlements are Degtyarnya , Ramene , Teplino .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 30 people (13 men, 17 women). The entire population is Russian [2] .
