It is part of the Nikiforov rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - the Nikiforov village council.
The distance to the regional center of Ustyuzhna by road is 26 km, to the center of the municipality of the village of Danilovskoye in a straight line - 10 km. The nearest settlements are Vypolzovo , Konyukhovo , Teplino .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 39 people (19 men, 20 women). The predominant nationality is Russians (74%) [2] .
