Content
Story
Chris ( Kathryn Khan ) is an unlucky artist and film director from New York who accompanies her husband Silver ( Griffin Dunn ) to Texas, where Silver got the post of research assistant . Upon arrival in Texas, Chris quickly takes a great interest in Silver's leader, Dick ( Kevin Bacon ). Her passion for Dick is expressed in letters that are filled with sexual fantasies; nevertheless, the letters remain unsent. Her relationship with Dick and the writing of candid letters begin to influence her attitude to marriage, work and give confidence in herself as a person and artist.

On the aggregator site Rotten Tomatoes, the series received 84% of “freshness” based on 45 critics' reviews with an average rating of 7.8 / 10 [3] . On the Metacritic series, he received 73 points out of a hundred, based on 29 “generally positive” reviews [4] .
