Spotted collibia (also spotted money, spotted rhodocollybia ; lat. Rhodocollybia maculata ) - a fungus of the Negniuchnikovye family ( Marasmiaceae ). Type species of the genus Rodokollibiya . Previously included in the genus Colibia ( Collybia ) of the family Ordinary ( Tricholomataceae ).

Biological Description
Spotted collibia plates.
- The hat is 3.5-10 cm in diameter, in young mushrooms is convex in shape, then opens to wide-convex and almost flat, sometimes with a slight elevation in the center, smooth, mucous or dry, first pinkish-cream, then white, in old mushrooms covered with brown streaks and spots.
- The pulp is white in color, with a slight unpleasant odor and a bitter taste.
- Lamellar hymenophore , plates adhered to the peduncle, often located, white, cream or yellow, in old mushrooms with rusty-brown spots.
- Leg 5-12 cm long and 1-1.3 cm thick, more or less even, hollow, longitudinally lined, white, less yellow, covered with rusty brown spots with age.
- The spore powder is pink-cream or yellowish. Spores 5.5-7 Γ 5-6 microns, spherical or almost spherical in shape, smooth, unpainted, often dextrinoid .
- It is considered an inedible mushroom due to its strong bitter taste.
Ecology
It occurs singly or in small groups, sometimes forming β witch rings β on decaying litter and wood in coniferous and mixed forests.
Similar Views
- Tricholoma inamoenum (Fr.) Gillet 1874 does not stain with age.
