Biography
Born on June 5 (August 14), 1875 in Kharkov , in the family of a military man. He studied at the Moscow Imperial College . In 1901, for participating in revolutionary actions, he was imprisoned, expelled from school, and then expelled from Moscow to Kursk . After the creation of the Kursk Bolshevik Organization in 1903, it was appointed its chairman.
He was a delegate from the Kursk Bolsheviks with a decisive vote at the III Congress of the RSDLP Congress . He also participated in the IV and V congresses of the RSDLP [1] .
In 1909, relieved of his post (chairman of the Kursk Bolshevik organization), then moved away from Bolshevism. After the February Revolution, he was a member of the Kursk Rescue Committee and the provincial council of deputies. Since January 1918 - at the head of the communal section of the council. Since May 1918 - elected mayor of the city of Kursk . In June 1918 he was again admitted to the ranks of the RCP (b). In 1919 he left Kursk . After he worked in various cities of the USSR : Samara, Arkhangelsk, Tambov, Moscow. Since 1931 - Director of the Moscow Textile College, in 1934-1935 - Deputy Director of the Shcherbakov Factory.
He died on February 22, 1947 in Moscow .
