Solnechny (Krasnoyarsk)

On June 23, 1978, on the 18th km of the Yenisei tract, the construction of a grandiose project, a heavy engineering plant, was begun. This was the country's first specialized enterprise for the production of heavy excavators and technological equipment for open rocks. The plant involved thousands of jobs. People from all over the USSR began to come to the new district under construction. For them, almost simultaneously with the laying of the plant, the construction of a residential area called “Solnechnyi” began.

Like the city of Sosnovoborsk, he was to become a satellite city of Krasnoyarsk with a population of about 120 thousand people. According to the project, the territory of this residential area was connected with the city and the factory by automobile and railway lines.

The project was quite successful: people wanted to come here, since here, in addition to work, it was possible to get new housing without any problems.

In 1982, the first nine-story residential building was put into operation on the street 60 years of the founding of the USSR, 14. In the same year, the first bell rang for students in the new school number 134.

In the early 1990s, Krastyazhmazh collapsed, and the housing stock (by the time the first stage was built for 40 thousand inhabitants) was left virtually without a host. In 1992, it was decided to include the Solnechny microdistrict in the Sovetsky district of Krasnoyarsk as a microdistrict.

Transport in Solnechny is represented so far only by buses.

Bus

As already noted, Solnechny is one of the remote areas of Krasnoyarsk. Therefore, to get from here to other areas of the city, you need to spend a certain amount of time. For example, the journey to the central part of the city can take about 40-45 minutes, and during peak hours - up to 70 minutes, and sometimes more. However, Sunny is connected by bus routes to almost any part of the city.

Trolleybus

Back in the late 1980s, it was planned to carry out a trolleybus to the microdistrict, extending the existing line on May 9th Street. They regularly talk about these plans now. Nevertheless, the prospects for a trolleybus in Solnechny are still very vague.

Railway

Since the microdistrict was originally built for the workers of the KrasTyazhMash plant, a railway line was laid from the plant to Solnechny to deliver employees to and from the place of work. The branch is currently parsed. It was electrified. Nowadays, the remains of the tracks can be seen next to the Yenisei tract from Solnechny to the plant ^[1] . In Solnechnoye itself, there was a deep indentation between Molodezhniy Prospekt and Svetlova Street, a high passenger platform, a pedestrian bridge over a recess with a staircase to the platform, and contact network supports. Svetlova Street, coupled with Youth Avenue, still goes around the recess where the railway used to be. The recess ends at the bend of the road.

The branch was connected to the rest of the railway network through a branch (still not electrified) from the Krasnoyarsk-Severny station to the village of Korkino and the KrasTyazhMash plant. That is, the branch went from the Krasnoyarsk-North station to the village of Korkino, then to the plant, and then in the opposite direction to Solnechny.

From Solnechny to the Yenisei tract, along which you can get to May 9 Street, you can leave in four places: from Slavy Street (main exit, intersection); from Solnechny Boulevard (also an intersection); from the side of Petrushin Street, in addition to the Yenisei tract, you can go to the factories, passing along the overpass above the tract; and also from the side of the Prostokvashino stop towards the village of Badalyk (also included in the Krasnoyarsk line). Allows you to travel to Badalyk on the overpass over the Yenisei tract.

On November 1, 2012, a new entrance to the microdistrict was installed, its reconstruction was carried out, after which the left turn from the Yenisei tract to Slavy Street was closed on March 15, 2014 ^[2] .

Part of the local population believes that the layout of some houses is designed in such a way that the inscription " USSR " is made up. Indeed, there is some similarity when viewing in the direction from the northeast to the southwest. In fact, this layout is designed to reduce wind flows between houses, because the microdistrict is located in the zone of "Wind Roses" .

From 1982 to 1990 Solnechny was built up exclusively by prefabricated houses, mainly with apartments of a "new" layout.

Then until 2003 there was a long “construction pause”. A new stage in the development of the microdistrict began with the construction of residential buildings with a variety of planning solutions: from "guest rooms" to large-sized apartments. Now, brick and monolithic-brick houses began to be erected here.

Now in Solnechny several once-empty territories are being built up at once by several construction companies. This area can be called one of the fastest growing in Krasnoyarsk.

At the end of 2012, project V of the Solnechny microdistrict, located between 60 years of the USSR’s foundation, the Nanzhul-Solnechny residential district, and the third microdistrict was approved. Its area is 38 hectares.

If nothing interferes with the implementation of the project, then a new school with 1000 seats and two preschool educational institutions with a capacity of 240 seats each will be built here. It is also planned to build a new clinic and a shopping and entertainment complex. It is very important that the project allocated space for multi-level underground car parks where 2740 cars can park.

In 2013, the development of VI microdistrict began. Solar, and since 2014, VII and III microdistricts.

In the residential district of Solnechny, two of the largest residential buildings in Krasnoyarsk were built: each of them is a 9-storey building with 16 entrances (60 years of the founding of the USSR, 7 and 40 years of Victory, 12). Here is another interesting real estate object of the city - the largest house with hotel-type apartments (St. 40 years of Victory, 2).

In Solnechny there are 9 kindergartens, 4 secondary schools, 1 elementary school-kindergarten, 1 center for children's creativity, 1 children's art school, and vocational school No. 85.
