It is part of the Nikolsky rural settlement [1] , from the point of view of administrative-territorial division - in the Nikolsky village council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Ustyuzhna is 41 km, to the center of the municipality of the village of Nikola - 5 km. The nearest settlements are Gorka , Izlyadeevo , Sychevo . In the vicinity of the village begins the river Yastrebikha .
According to the census in 2002, there was no permanent population [2] .
