It is part of the Nikolsky rural settlement (from January 1, 2006 to April 9, 2009 it was part of the Dubrovsky rural settlement) [1] [2] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division , it was part of the Dubrovsky rural council.
Located on the right bank of the river Kat . The distance to the regional center of Ustyuzhna by road is 44 km, to the center of the municipality of the village of Nikola in a straight line - 8 km. The nearest settlements are Gorodok , Dubrova , Popovskoye .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 66 people (32 men, 34 women). The entire population is Russian [3] .
