It is part of the Nikolsky rural settlement (from January 1, 2006 to April 9, 2009 it was part of the Dubrovsky rural settlement) [1] [2] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division , it was part of the Dubrovsky rural council.
Located on the banks of the Belaya River. The distance to the regional center of Ustyuzhna by road is 42 km, to the center of the municipality of the village of Nikola in a straight line - 7 km. The nearest settlements are Gorodok , Sacra , Rastoropovo .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 52 people (24 men, 28 women). The predominant nationality is Russian (98%) [3] .
