It is part of the Ustyuzhensky rural settlement (from January 1, 2006 to April 9, 2009 it was part of the Persian rural settlement) [1] [2] , from the point of view of the administrative-territorial division - the center of the Persian Village Council.
The distance by road to the regional center of Ustyuzhny is 21 km. The nearest settlements are Alekino , Maksimovskoye , Peria , Popovka , Fedorovskoye .
According to the 2002 census, the population is 247 people (119 men, 128 women). The entire population is Russian [3] .
