Neocoelidiinae (lat.) - a subfamily of jumping insects from the family of cicadas ( Cicadellidae ). Found in the Western Hemisphere (New World). Large and medium sized cicadas. Head with a protrusion. Macroset formula of the hips is usually 2 + 2 + 1. Similar to Deltocephalinae and Nirvaninae . 18 genera, 130 species [1] .
