Mirabeau Bridge in Art
- The Mirabeau Bridge is known primarily for the poem of the same name by Guillaume Apollinaire from his poetic collection Alcohol.
- On the text of Apollinaer, the songs of the same name were written by A. Rybnikov (translated by M. Kudinov) and Mark Lavoine .
- The Mirabeau Bridge mentions Georges Brassens in one of his songs.
- The Mirabeau Bridge is repeatedly mentioned in the song “Case of Master Bo” by the group “ Aquarium ” (album “ Day of Silver ”, 1984).
There is an assumption that it was on this bridge on the night of April 19-20, 1970 that he committed suicide by jumping into the Seine, the poet Paul Zelan .
