Biography
Born in Minsk in the family of a flutist musician.
He studied at the Minsk school number 24 on Herzen Street. Along with entering elementary school, he began to study music in the violin class at a music school and then at a music school at the Belarusian Conservatory . He completed his secondary education at school No. 42 on Komsomolskaya Street, which at that time was considered one of the best in the city.
After graduation, he entered the Minsk Pedagogical Institute at the Faculty of Mathematics. As a student, he became one of the authors of the "Collection of Olympiad Problems in Mathematics" (reprinted also in Japan). After graduation, he worked in various schools of Belarus as a head teacher, teacher of mathematics, history and singing.
Married in 1962.
In 1963 he returned to Minsk. He worked for 5 years at school number 76, and then moved to school number 19 as a mathematics teacher [1] .
Scientific and educational activities
Feldman's articles were published in the journal “Mathematics. Problems of teaching ” [2] .
Feldman is the creator of the "rectangular tetrahedron method" used in solving stereometric problems. This method was formulated and formalized in 1986, and officially published in the journal "Mathematics at School" in 1988.
There is a virtual "Club of admirers of Alexander Markovich Feldman" [3] .
Feldman is also known for his aphorisms [4] .

- 1999 - delegate to the I Congress of Teachers of Belarus;
- 2001 - title “Honored Teacher of the Republic of Belarus” [5] ;
