Rhabditoses ( rhabditoses ) are helminthoses from the group of nematodoses caused by nematodes of the Rhabditidae family.
The causative agents are the nematodes of the genus Rabditis ( Rhabditis = Rhabdonema ): Rhabditis axei , Rhabditis donbass Skrjabin (Schulz et Serbinoff 1926) , Rhabditis elongata , Rhabditis inermis , Rhabditis niellyi , Rhabditis pellio , Rhabditis rachtitis Rhabditis rhabditis rhabditis rhabditis rhabditis rhabditis rhabditis rhabditis rhabditis , Rhabditis hominis (fam. Rhabditidae ) [1] . Males 0.8-1.05 mm long, females - from 0.9 to 2 mm. The eggs are oval in size of 0.06 x 0.03 mm [2] .
A person rarely gets sick.
The disease can be manifested by diarrhea and other disorders, depending on the location of the parasite in human organs (for example, in the kidneys, skin, etc.) [3] . So, R. pellio was found in the woman’s vagina and in the bladder of one nephritis, R. Niellyi was found in the papular rash of one patient, R. species was found in the liquid after washing the stomach of one patient, as well as in the gall bladder of a woman treated for liver diseases, R. hominis was detected during helminth- coprological examination of children, R. shachtiella Skrjabin et Schulz in feces, R. axei in urine [4] , etc.
Diarrhea in humans is caused by R. faecalis , R. usuii , R. elongata , R. inermis, and R. hominis .
The differential diagnosis is carried out with strongyloidosis , intestinal infections of a bacterial nature. Treatment is with thiabendazole [5] .
