Outotec (until April 24, 2007 - Outokumpu Technology ) is a Finnish company, a world leader in the supply of technical solutions for enterprises of the mining and processing and metallurgical industries. The company supplies plants, equipment and services developed primarily on the basis of its own technologies.

History
Originally a technical division of Outokumpu , formed back in the late 1940s, Outotec split up in June 2006 and became an independent organization. Immediately the company was listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange .
Achieving savings of 45 million euros per year, the company planned to dismiss in October 2014 a hundred of 1,400 employees [3] .

- Energy, technologies for the production of light metals and environmental protection;
