About the album
The idea for the album first came about after the thirtieth anniversary of the original Welcome to My Nightmare during Cooper's conversation with producer Bob Ezrin, who proposed the idea of continuing Welcome to My Nightmare . [1] At first, Alice intended to make a continuation of her 2008 album Along Came a Spider , but then he decided to realize this idea he liked. The concept of the album was described by him as “another nightmare, and this one is even worse than the previous one” [1] . Cooper announced the completion of the album in February 2011 at his Nights with Alice Cooper radio show.
