The population according to the 2001 census is about 2.4 thousand people [4] . The area of the village council is 103 km² [5] ,
It was founded in 1923 [6] .
By 2014, it consisted of 4 villages:
- Yishun
- Novorybatskoe
- Proletariat
- Tank
Since 2014, the Ishunsky rural settlement has been located on the site of the village council.
