Georg Friedrich Kaulfus was born in 1786 .
He was a professor of botany at Halle University.
He died in 1830 .

Plant genera Kaulfussia Nees (synonymous with Felicia Cass. ) And Kaulfussia Blume (synonymous with Christensenia Maxon ) were named after him.
