Content
Biography
He began his career in 1940 as a teacher in a local rural school [1] . He participated in the Great Patriotic War, after being wounded, was demobilized, taught at school [1] . In 1961 he graduated from the highest party school [1] . In 1961, he worked as secretary of the Arykbalyksky (now part of the Ayyrtau region ) district party committee, since 1962 - the first secretary of Kzyltusky (now Ualikhanovsky district ) district party committee [1] .
In 1972 he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor "for the great successes achieved in increasing the production and sale to the state of grain, sugar beets, cotton, other agricultural products, and the manifested labor prowess in harvesting" [2] .
