Babinskoe ( vodsk . Jarvikoisjärvi ), is a lake in the west of the Leningrad Region , in the territory of the Kingisepp District ( Kotelskoye rural settlement ).

Babinskoe is included in the boundaries of the state nature reserve "Kotelsky".
Babinskoe is included in the group of 4 lakes ( Glubokoe , Khabolovo , Sudache ) connected by rivers-channels. The waters of these lakes flow down the Khabolovka River into the Luga Bay .
The lake swamps, overgrown with reeds and reeds . The bottom is muddy .
The lake is surrounded by forests. Spruce massifs with sphagnum bogs dominate on the western coast, and in the south and east there are more pine with a touch of linden, maple [3] .
Located between the P42 and P35 . Nearby is the railway ( Kamishi station).
