Vladimir Dlougie ( Czech. Vladimír Dlouhý ; January 10, 1958 , Prague , Czechoslovakia - June 20, 2010 , ibid.) - Czech theater and film actor. As a supporting actor, he twice became the laureate of the highest national film award of the country “Czech Lion” : in 2008 for his role in the film “Watchman No. 47” and in 2010 for the film “Kainek” [1] . Also nominated for this award for the film "Boomerang" in 1997 [1] . According to Czech film critic Jaroslaw Sedlaczek, Dlougie was “one of the best actors of his generation” [2] .

Fame Vladimir Dlougie came at twelve years after her debut role in the film " I Can Jump Through Puddles ", staged by Karel Kahine based on the eponymous novel by Alan Marshall . The hero of Dlougie is the horse-adoring boy Adam, who falls ill with polio but dreams of returning to the saddle again [2] .
