History

The independent company VentureBeat and the website of the same name were founded in September 2006 by Matt Marshall, who had previously worked as a journalist since 1994, and received several journalistic awards and awards.

In October 2008, the American newspaper The New York Times named VentureBeat, along with GigaOM, one of the best technology blogs on the Internet, and began using materials from these two blogs on its website. [five]

DEMO Conference

In March 2009, VentureBeat signed a partnership agreement with IDG to host the DEMO conference dedicated to promising new technologies and products.
