Zagorsky, Semyon Osipovich

He graduated from St. Petersburg University. He was a private assistant professor at St. Petersburg University in the department of political economy. He also taught at the Higher Courses of Lesgaft, at the Higher Commercial Courses of Pobedinsky and a private university at the Psychoneurological Institute.

In 1917 he headed one of the departments of the Ministry of Labor of the Provisional Government.

After the October Revolution, he moved to Odessa , and in 1919 he emigrated to France . He collaborated in Russian emigrant publications: the journal "Modern Notes" and the newspaper " Latest News ".

Since 1922, Zagorsky served as head of the Russian department at the International Labor Office in Geneva .
