Biography
In 1994, she graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University and the Institute of Asian and African Countries (History of Arab Countries, Bachelor's Course) [1] .
In 1998, at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, she defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of historical sciences, “Islam as a Factor in the Formation of Ethnocultural Identity of Kabardians: History and Present” (specialty 09.00.06 - Philosophy of Religion) [2] .
In 1994-1999, he was a war correspondent in the system of the Federal Border Service of the Russian Federation and the Council of Commanders of the CIS Border Troops. Editor of the Department of International Affairs of the magazine "Border Guard of the Commonwealth."
Since 2000 - Senior Researcher at the Russian Institute of Cultural Studies of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation .
In 2000-2005, he was a senior researcher at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Afghanistan sector, Department of the Near and Middle East) [1] .
In 2005 - 2009 - scientific secretary of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences [1] .
