Brian Shawe-Taylor ( born January 21, 1915 , Dublin , Ireland - May 1, 1999 , Dowdswell , Cheltenham ) is a British race car driver of Irish descent. He played in the first two seasons of Formula 1 ( 1950 - 1951 ). He ended his career due to injuries sustained in the Goodwood race.
