Mikhail Eduardovich Oseevsky (born November 30, 1960, Leningrad , USSR ) is a Russian statesman and politician. President of Rostelecom since 2017.

Since November 2003 - Vice Governor of St. Petersburg . Since June 29, 2010 he headed the administration of the governor of St. Petersburg. January 6, 2012 was appointed deputy head of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation [1] . From 1986 to 1993 - research engineer at the Electrophysics Research and Production Association ( St. Petersburg ).

Since 1999 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Bank, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Open Joint-Stock Company Industrial-Construction Bank (St. Petersburg).
From 2003 to 2011 - Vice- Governor of St. Petersburg , headed the Administration of the Governor.
In 2011-2012 - Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
Since 2012 - Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board of VTB Bank .
Since March 03, 2017 - President of Rostelecom PJSC, a Russian telecommunications company with state participation [2] [3] [4] .
