Diocese of Diphu ( Latin: Dioecesis Diphuensis ) is a diocese of the Roman Catholic Church with its center in Diphu , India . The Diocese of Diphu is a member of the Metropolis of Guwahati .

History
On December 5, 1983, Pope John Paul II issued the bull Ut per aptam , which established the Diocese of Diphu, separating it from the Shillong-Gauhati Archdiocese (today the Shillong Archdiocese and Guwahati Archdiocese) and the Aizawl Diocese.
