Geographical position
- Located 9 km from the center of the village council with. Bosovka .

History
- In 1864, the village of Tolstye Rogi belonged to representatives of the Polish family - Count Branicki .
- Lavrenty Pokhilevich in his “Tale of the Populated Areas of the Kiev Province” ( 1864 ) writes: “The village of Tolstye Rogi, which constitutes one parish with Grapes, lies 1 1/2 versts east of it. Residents of both sexes 766. Both in the town and in the village live a lot of Polish Orthodox gentry (550 souls of both sexes), on a mandatory relationship to the landowner, determined by the arbitrariness of the latter. Church in Troitskaya, wooden, 4th class; land has 90 acres. It is not known when it was built. "
Economics
- In 1900, 7 windmills and a spare bread shop worked in the village.
