Biography

Tata (Albert) Simonyan was born on December 5, 1962 in the village of Shatin in Yeghegnadzor district. His creative career began in 1980 as part of the Cilicia ensemble. Over time, a professional team of musicians has formed around Tata, which for many years has been creating music that viewers are accustomed to associate with the Tata Simonyan brand. In April 2010, during the award ceremony of the Armenian Tashir Music Prize in Moscow, Tata Simonyan became the winner in the category “Best Album” for her album “Amenalave Du es”. Tata has toured extensively and has already performed for spectators in the USA , Canada , Australia , Great Britain , Greece , France , Spain , Georgia , a number of Middle Eastern countries and 45 cities of Russia .
