The Russian national field hockey team is the national men's national team representing Russia at the European and world field hockey championships . Throughout its history, only three times participated in the European Championships: in 1999 it took 8th place, in 2003 it became only 12th, and in 2011 - 7th place. Stable is a team of the Second European Division. The head coach of the team is Vladimir Konkin , who previously served as vice president of the Russian Field Hockey Federation.

Performance Results
Russia has never made it to the Olympic Games or the World Cup . The best achievement at the European Championships - 7th place in 2011. The team rarely wins the top teams of the top division of the European Championship: a rare exception was the victory in 2008 over the German team [2] .
