The Public Joint-Stock Company Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Siberia (PJSC IDGC of Siberia) is a subsidiary of PJSC Rosseti . It transfers and distributes electric energy in the territories of the Altai , Buryatia , Khakassia republics, as well as Altai , Transbaikal , Krasnoyarsk territories, Kemerovo and Omsk regions.

Tyvaenergo JSC (a subsidiary of a dependent company ) is managed by IDGC of Siberia.

The total length of power lines is 251.112 thousand km.
The number of transformer substations with a voltage of 6-10-35 / 0.4 kV is 51,478.
The number of transformer substations with a voltage of 35-110 kV is 1,778.
Net electricity supply in 2010 amounted to 80,461.651 million kWh.

- sustainable improvement of the quality and volume of services provided for the transfer of electric energy; maintaining the quality of these services according to standard requirements;
- creation of an infrastructural basis for the economic development of the Siberian region with mandatory environmental safety;
- renovation of fixed assets of the distribution network complex of the region;
- growth of the Company's capitalization, which implies a steady increase in income, growth in profitability, expansion and high-quality updating of the portfolio of the Company's assets in order to protect the interests of shareholders, increase the investment attractiveness of the Company;
- ensuring the efficiency of the Company's business processes on the basis of a transparent and constantly evolving management system.
History
PJSC "Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Siberia" was established with the aim of efficiently managing the distribution grid complex of Siberia. The company was established by decision of the founder (Order of the Chairman of the Management Board of RAO UES of Russia dated July 1, 2005 No. 149р) in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Federal Law "On Joint-Stock Companies" and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, and was registered on July 4 2005 year.
Until March 31, 2008, IDGC of Siberia was a wholly-owned subsidiary of RAO UES of Russia, with an authorized capital of 10 million rubles and was divided into 100 million ordinary shares with a par value of 10 kopecks.
On March 31, 2008, entries were made in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on the termination of activities of Altayenergo OJSC, Buryatenergo OJSC, Krasnoyarskenergo OJSC, Kuzbassenergo-RSK OJSC, Omskenergo OJSC OJSC, Tyvaenergo-Holding OJSC , JSC Khakasenergo, JSC Chitaenergo by joining IDGC of Siberia, PJSC.
From this date IDGC of Siberia PJSC became the largest company in the Siberian Federal District , a new stage has begun in the history of the development of the Company.
During 2010, IDGC of Siberia, PJSC as the managing organization exercised the powers of the sole executive body of Tomsk Distribution Company OJSC, Tyvaenergo OJSC and Ulan-Ude Energy OJSC.

Activities
Today, IDGC of Siberia is one of the largest electric grid companies in the country, providing high-quality and reliable power supply to consumers in ten Siberian regions. From year to year, IDGC of Siberia participates in large-scale projects of national importance, such as improving infrastructure around the Boguchanskaya hydropower plant under construction in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, implementing an external power supply scheme for the Raspadskaya mine in the Kemerovo Region, and constructing external power supply facilities for base stations of mobile communication operators located along the M-58 Amur highway.
IDGC of Siberia confirmed the compliance of the integrated management system with the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, GOST R ISO 9001-2007, GOST R ISO 14001-2007, GOST 12.0.230-2007.
As a result of the large-scale reform of the electric power industry, in most branches of IDGC of Siberia, more efficient tariffs were approved using the modern methodology of the regulatory asset base (RAB) [6] .

• reduction of unit costs for the production and use of energy resources due to rationalization of their consumption, application of energy-saving technologies and equipment, reduction of losses at the stages of transmission, distribution and consumption of electric energy.
The comprehensive implementation of these measures, with the support of the Federal and Regional authorities, will lead to lower costs from budgets of all levels, increase the reliability of electricity supply, improve the quality of electricity, free up capacity for technological connection and reduce the growth rate of tariffs for services provided by IDGC of Siberia.
