Sovereignty and progress ( cat. Sobirania i Progés ) is a political movement in the Catalan countries , founded on October 4, 2006 .
This movement unites supporters of the self-government of Catalonia and other Catalan countries, a significant number of members of this movement support the holding of a referendum on the independence of Catalonia.
