The Listvych Village Council was formed between June 1, 1977 (at that date the village was still a member of the Uvarovsky Council) [1] and 1985 (the lists of administrative-territorial changes after this date are not mentioned [2] ).
The population according to the 2001 census is about 1.4 thousand people [3] .
By 2014, the village council consisted of 3 villages:
- Hardwood
- Kirsanovka
- Blooming
Since 2014, on the site of the village council is Listvych rural settlement .
