Biography
In 1992, Kuznetsov became an entrepreneur. He was engaged in food trade (from 1992 to 1995 as director of PK Altair LLP), processing of cultivated and wild plants and mushrooms using the latest technologies, creating a network of fast-food establishments.
In 1997 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management of Omsk State Technical University and Omsk State University - Faculty of Law - in 1999.
In 2002, after graduating from the Russian Academy of State Service under the President of the Russian Federation, Kuznetsov was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences . His dissertation covered the development of "credit cooperation as a factor in the concentration and efficient use of monetary resources of the Russian population."
In 2003-2006, he worked in the department for relations with the business community and public associations of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation .
From 2006 to May 2007, Kuznetsov was a member of the Public Chamber . There, he served as executive secretary of the Council of the Public Chamber and deputy head of the administration of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation.
May 30, 2007, was elected Chairman of the Council of the Central European Union of Russia .
He is a member of the political party " United Russia ". On November 20, 2008, he became a member of the General Council of the Party [3] .
